Jazminne Silva, LLMSW

Hi, my name is Jazminne and I’m a compassionate and culturally responsive therapist dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals who are navigating trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges and who seek a safe, supportive space to heal and grow. I specialize in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and LGBTQ+ supportive therapy, integrating somatic and relational approaches. Together, we focus on improving communication, deepening emotional connection, and fostering meaningful, lasting change grounded in compassion and self-awareness.

I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. My holistic, personalized approach integrates TF-CBT and Person-Centered Therapy with mindfulness and somatic techniques to nurture healing and strengthen the mind-body connection.

Starting therapy can feel uncertain, and that’s completely okay. Together, we’ll create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can move at your own pace and share what feels right. I’ll be here to guide and support you every step of the way as you begin your journey toward healing and growth.

A little about me…

Outside of sessions, I find myself slowing down and appreciating the small moments like nature walks, time with loved ones, and being with my cat Koko. I’m someone who finds comfort in cozy nights and rewatching my favorite shows. I believe it’s important to have a space where you don’t have to have it all together, and that’s something I strive to offer in therapy. I’m looking forward to the possibility of supporting you on your journey!
