clinical supervision
Clinical Supervision & Practitioner Growth
Clinical supervision at Soul Works Therapy & Wellness provides a supportive, reflective space for therapists to deepen their clinical skills, strengthen ethical practice, and grow with confidence in their work. Through thoughtful case consultation and guided reflection, supervision supports high-quality, client-centered care while honoring each clinician’s unique style, values, and professional goals.
Our approach to supervision emphasizes collaboration, self-awareness, and sustainable practice. Supervisees are supported in navigating clinical challenges, managing the emotional impact of the work, and building resilience, clarity, and confidence—so they can continue showing up with presence, integrity, and care for both their clients and themselves.
Samantha Sokoll, MA, LPC
founder & clinical director
Samantha Sokoll, LPC is the founder of Soul Works Therapy and Wellness and an approved clinical supervisor who is deeply committed to the growth and development of emerging clinicians. She brings a grounded, intentional approach to supervision, helping clinicians build both strong clinical skills and confidence in who they are as therapists.
Samantha’s supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in real, honest connection. She works alongside supervisees to strengthen case conceptualization, refine clinical judgment, and navigate the complexities of the field with clarity — while also creating space to process challenges, ask questions, and not have it all figured out.
She places a strong emphasis on helping clinicians develop their own voice and identity, rather than fitting into a rigid mold. Through a balance of guidance, reflection, and skill-building, Samantha supports clinicians in becoming thoughtful, ethical, and aligned practitioners who feel grounded in the work they do.
