Heal & Grow—Together

Group therapy is a powerful way to connect with others who understand what you’re going through. At Soul Works Therapy & Wellness, we believe healing doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens in connection. Our groups bring people together to share experiences, learn new coping strategies, and build a sense of belonging in a safe, supportive environment.

We do not have any active groups at this time, but new groups are currently in development. Please contact us if you’d like to be notified when groups become available.
